If you suspect that you have experienced an adverse event, please contact us by email at drugsafety@mastersglobal.com, by telephone on +44 (0)20 8327 0900, or by completing the online reporting form below.
For medical enquiries or to report an adverse event by telephone, our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (UK time), excluding UK national and public holidays. Outside these hours, please complete the online reporting form below, and our team will review your report and respond as soon as possible.
