Access to medicines
Improving patients’ quality of life through expanded access to advanced medications.
Our knowledge and experience in the Emerging Markets sets us apart from our competitors. By having our own team members working in these areas, we can leverage strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Patient Advocacy Groups, to understand the unfulfilled needs within a specific disease area, with a focus on rare and orphan diseases.
We want to enable patients to access the products they need, when they need them, even if the products are not yet available in their markets.
We improve access to medicines through;
- Expanded Access Programmes
- Education through a series of scientific meetings with Key Opinion Leaders
- Local Disease Management and Patient Assistance Programmes through our partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups.
Masters has a 35-year proven track record of supplying high- quality medicines to under-served markets.
We maintain our reputation and values through ethical and legal sourcing from our select network of reliable and trusted partners, across the developed world. We ensure that our customers have access to the widest choice of the latest in advanced or established prescription medicines, and well-known branded pharmaceuticals (or their generic equivalents). We supply innovative specialty medicines that are yet to be locally registered, have been discontinued, or are in short supply.
Products are sourced directly from manufacturers, or from a selection of preferred suppliers who are subject to a rigorous approval process to verify their authenticity, and commercial/quality status.
We operate in a fully licensed and compliant framework that is independently regulated, and quality assured, ensuring the integrity of our supply chain (including temperature sensitive products) end to end. This framework includes maintaining full batch traceability and the implementation of a Pharmacovigilance programme, where necessary. We give our customers a guarantee of safe and efficient distribution through our centres in the USA, Central America, South America, Middle East, and Europe.
Most importantly and beneficially, the above ensures your products are sourced reliably, quickly and cost-effectively – patient well-being is at the forefront of our minds.
Our partners trust in on our proven capabilities to distribute their specialist drugs, cold-chain medicines, and controlled substances, ensuring product quality and integrity end to end, including the very last mile.
We manage complex logistics and supply chain through our robust WMS and QMS, ensuring that every step of the process is safe, controlled and regulated, giving our partners the peace of mind they need to leave their product in our capable hands.
